Booking & Payment Policy

Service Deposit

A non-refundable 25% service deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled event time, and the card on file will be charged at that time.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.

Damage Deposit Hold

A $250 refundable damage deposit hold may be placed on the card on file before delivery. This hold will be released within 3–5 business days after the equipment has been inspected and confirmed to be returned in proper condition.

If damages are identified or excessive cleaning is required, the Client authorizes Alston Epic Vision LLC to charge the card on file for the cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement as necessary.

Failure to provide a valid card on file may result in cancellation of the rental without refund.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48-hour notice and is subject to availability. Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

Weather Policy

If severe weather occurs before delivery, the Client may choose to reschedule for a future available date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled event.

If equipment has already been delivered and weather conditions require early shutdown, no refunds will be issued because delivery, setup, and labor services have already been performed.

Additional Hours

Additional or after hours may be available for $50 per hour with prior notice and approval.
