Safety Rules
To help keep every event safe and enjoyable, Clients agree to follow these rules at all times during the rental period:
• No shoes inside inflatable units
• No food, drinks, gum, candy, or snacks inside the inflatable
• No sharp objects such as keys, toys, jewelry, or glasses inside the inflatable
• No climbing, flipping, or rough play inside or on the sides of the inflatable
• No overcrowding beyond the recommended number of participants
The following items are strictly prohibited near or on inflatable equipment:
• Silly string
• Slime
• Face paint
• Glitter
• Confetti
• Permanent markers or paint
Water may not be used on inflatable equipment unless the unit is specifically designed and approved for water use.
All pets must be kept away from inflatable and rental equipment at all times.
The Client is responsible for supervising all participants and ensuring all safety rules are followed.
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning fees, repair or replacement charges, or immediate termination of the rental without refund.
